Poem: Tree and Bee
Her tree has turned a new leaf.
Ants in military uniform are taking orders.
The tree of her mind holds lofty branches.
It was like a mango stem scattered on many fronts.
It was reaching for the skies and bending for the flies.
It was pregnant like ridges and shot up like a bud.
You tapped it on the back, and it contrived and faced you.
But some gardener had preened it.
Ants in military uniform are taking orders.
Ants of thoughts are laying siege on her mind,
Shooting with love arrows and word bows,
Maiming all fire flies that flicker and would not stay,
Cutting the dead woods of the forest asunder.
Now, her flowers are assemblies of bees.
Her pollen grains are polling booths,
Where the future is cast today.
The king bee paid a visit:
A honey house will be built on her forever.
